This site
The site is static, served from a global CDN, and sets no cookies. The CDN provider processes connection data (IP address) only to deliver pages, including outside the EU. Visit statistics are collected with Plausible Analytics (EU servers) in aggregate, without user identifiers and without cookies. We do no profiling.
The "book a call" link goes to Cal.com. Details entered there are processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, email and the chosen time so we can hold the call.
We process email to reply and, where it leads to work, to perform the agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)), for no longer than 24 months after the last contact unless the law requires a longer period.
Client data in projects
Data entrusted to us in projects is processed only under a data processing agreement, in EU regions, and is never used to train models. Language-model providers are used through endpoints that do not train on submitted data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to processing, and complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). Write to ai@byteandreason.pl.
